Holidays Imperial is a new company, and honestly, we think that has helped us. We did not inherit years of rigid, one-size-fits-all habits to unlearn. We built everything around what travellers need today.
Being small and new means we move fast and stay close to every client. We would rather build our process around real feedback than copy what a bigger, older agency does out of habit. What we do not have in years, we try to make up for in effort.
In our first year, we earned a 5.0 rating across 36 reviews. It is early proof, but it is real proof - from actual travellers, not a number chosen for a presentation.
